Miscon #1 It’s BORING!
We usually think of heaven with cute (precious moments) angels sitting around and playing harps. Oh there's got to be more than this! If it was, it really is boring! But the Bible tells us the truth:
It's one big eternal adventure ahead of us! It's not going to be boring! 
Miscon #2 It’s for the Good & PERFECT ones.
To get into Heaven, you must have a right relationship with Jesus. It's never a contest to get there. It's never a merit system or something like what your favorite coffee shop's promo-card does, where you get stickers-for-good-boys-and-good-girls to get your prize! Heaven is not a place for the good people even perfect people; it is reserved only for the forgiven<
/span>. Forgiveness is found in Christ Jesus alone. And forgiveness is not automatic. We must admit our sin and receive His mercy and grace so that we would have a right relationship with God as our Father. Miscon #3 It’s what Christianity is all about. The good news about who Jesus is and what He was done for us on the cross goes beyond our eternal security with God in Heaven. Getting to heaven is never the point, having God as your Father is! It's all a matter of having a right and
