There’s a new generation rising up.
A new breed with a fresh sense of hope and fighting spirit.
They’re not going to easily back down, go with the flow and give up because they know where their identity and strength comes from.
Their eyes are set on the goal. Their hearts resolved to live the cause all-out!
They have a relentless hope for change. Change in their own lives, in their families, in their campuses and universities. They still believe it’s possible. They’re all-out and ready to see this nation transformed… economically, socially, politically, morally… holistically.
This is a generation of generals. People who think like generals, speak like generals, believe like generals, pray like generals, and act like generals. Courageous. Bold. Strategic. Mobilizing. Collaborating. Connecting. Believing. Hoping. Fighting. Trusting. Persevering. Conquering. Advancing. Winning. They take ownership. They live responsively. They lead in love.
They know its never about them but its all about the cause. They know it’s all about pleasing the Chief Commanding Officer. They don’t care about who gets the credit. All they care about is getting the change they are commissioned to achieve. They all long to hear the Chief Commanding Officer’s “well done, good and faithful servants!”
You know it’s you. And you will make necessary adjustments.
You will value learning, coaching, and mentoring. You will stick with the veterans and listen to their wise counsel. You won’t act as if you are the super hero because you know it’s not going to be all about you. You will take territories upon territories alongside other generals who think and believe like you.
You are a general. And you are not alone.
The Generation of Generals in this nation are rising up to take our territories together. It’s time!
